We start with a consultation to understand your dog's needs. The grooming is done at your pet's pace - never rushed.
We offer special puppy introduction sessions designed to create positive associations with grooming from an early age.
Positive reinforcement, patience, and respect for your dog's boundaries. We combine grooming with dog training knowledge.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Cancellations require 24 hours notice.
All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog shows signs of aggression or illness.
Severely matted coats may require shaving for the dog's comfort. Extra charges may apply for de-matting work.
Timely pick up is appreciated. Please be available by phone during your dog's appointment in case we need to reach you.
For the safety and focus of every dog, we kindly ask owners to leave during the grooming session.
